Trivia Night Food Bank Fundraiser
The East Hants & Districts Chamber of Commerce is proud to host the 9th Annual Susie McDonell Memorial Trivia Night: Supporting Local Food Banks and the Community Garden. Over the years, we’ve raised more than $65,000 to support food security in our region — and we’re excited to continue that impact. This year, we’re committing up to $12,500 to the local food banks and the Community Garden. Any additional proceeds will help sustain this annual initiative and cover the costs associated with the event. We’re inviting local businesses to contribute goods or services to our online silent auction, which will run from January 22nd to February 5th. To do this, please send a photo and description of your donation, along with its approximate value, to info@ehcc.ca no later than January 16th or fill in the form located here: Donation Item Form Want to join us for this fun event? Register a team now and come compete head to head with other businesses for the ultimate brain tickling event of the year. Teams are $125 for a team of 5 or $150 for a team of 6 (Availability of teams of 6 are very limited). Prizes will be awarded for the following: Highest score – Prize of $250 (Sponsored by Carruthers MacDonell & Robson) Best Team Spirit (Sponsored by The Cup of Soul Cafe) Epic Fail (Maybe Trivia isn’t your thing so you will get a consolation trophy for something else to try) Team Registration Link
